•  I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so please do contact me if you have an issue with your order.
  • However, I only accept returns due to an item supplied being faulty or mis-described. I do not accept returns because of cancellation or change of mind. Please, do remember that each piece is hand made and was produced for your request.
  • Please, always get in touch with me first before returning an order.
  • The order may only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The order must be returned in the original condition and the original packaging. It must be packaged securely to avoid damage during return.
  • The order must be returned using the same method of postage used to dispatch, i.e. the order sent by tracked post must be returned using the same levels of insurance and tracking. Please always get a proof of posting.
  • A refund will be issued only on safe receipt of the returned the order in its original saleable condition.
  • Postage will be refunded only where the item is faulty or not as described.



  •  Please, keep in mind that each item is hand made and was produced for your request with materials that were at hand. So it is impossible to provide an exact colour match.
  • Please, be aware that handmade items may vary from those pictured due to the inherent nature of the processes used to create them.
  • I aim to depict colours and textures as accurately as possible.
  • However, colours naturally vary between different computer screens and between digital images and reality.



  •  By default, each order is produced for customer’s request and after 100% deposit.
  • If any item is available in stock, it will be notified. Please, follow my Instagram. Such items will be sent on the next working day.
  • The production deadline may vary due to the complexity of the order. By default, a small item (such as brooch) requires at least three working days to produce. When the production finish, the order will be sent on the next working day.
  • If you need an item for a certain date, please notify that prior to your order.



UK DELIVERIES: I use ROYAL MAIL for most of UK deliveries. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: Feel free to contact me, so we can find the best carrier.
