Shipping and Delivery

UK Deliveries:

I use Royal Mail for most UK deliveries. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch. All items are sent tracked, providing you with peace of mind and full visibility.

International Deliveries:

For international shipping, I partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Please contact me to arrange the best option based on your location. Delivery times will vary depending on your region.

Dispatch Times:

  • Ready-made items are dispatched within three working days.
  • Custom or bespoke items may require additional time; please refer to specific product details for dispatch estimates.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that international orders may incur customs duties and/or taxes, which are not included in the shipping costs. These charges are payable by the recipient upon delivery. I do my best to minimize customs fees in line with international shipping regulations.

Returns Policy

I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should any issues arise, please follow the guidelines below to initiate a return. You can reach out directly at my email for assistance.

General Return Process:

  1. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
  2. Return the item in its original condition and packaging using a tracked postal service with equivalent insurance, if applicable.
  3. Proof of postage is required for all returns.
  4. Refunds will be processed upon safe receipt of the returned item, provided it is in its original, saleable condition.

Eligible Products:

  • Prints: If your print arrives defective or damaged, I will replace it. Returns due to a change of mind are considered on a case-by-case basis, as prints are custom-made to order.
  • Handmade Items: Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color or design are normal. Returns are only accepted if items are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
  • Personalized, Bespoke, or Made-to-Order Items: Due to their custom nature, these items are non-refundable. If a fault is identified, I will work with you to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.

Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event of items arriving damaged, please:

  1. Inspect the item upon delivery, if possible, with the courier present.
  2. Photograph any damage and email the images to me within two days of receipt.
  3. Retain all packaging, as it may be required for insurance purposes.

Sale Items:

Please note that sale items or items purchased with a discount code are non-refundable.
