These Terms of Service govern your use of www.test-113fba5.ingress-baronn.ewp.live (the “Site”), operated by Ksenia Semirova (“I”, “me”, or “my”), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This Site offers:

- Occasional custom-made or made-to-order items

2. Teaching and Workshops
In addition to online courses, I offer offline teaching services such as in-person workshops, artist talks, and demonstrations. 3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. I reserve the right to accept or decline any order at my discretion. You will receive confirmation once your order has been accepted and dispatched.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payments are securely processed using trusted providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
5. Shipping and Delivery
UK Deliveries: Royal Mail is used for most UK orders, typically delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. All shipments are tracked.
International Deliveries: Shipping outside the UK can be arranged on request. Please contact me before ordering to confirm costs and timeframes. Customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Dispatch Times:
- Ready-made items: dispatched within three working days
- Custom-made items: see product page for specific timelines
6. Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return, contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging using a tracked postal service. Refunds are processed once I receive and inspect the item.
Items eligible for return:
- Handmade items (if in original condition)
- Prints (only if defective or damaged). “Change of mind” returns are considered case by case.
Items not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or bespoke items
- Sale or discounted items
Damaged items: Contact me within two days of delivery with photos. Keep all packaging in case a claim must be made with the shipping provider.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including designs, images, artworks, product photos, course descriptions, and written material—is the property of Ksenia Semirova unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this Site or its products. My total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
