The Commission Process

Initial Consultation & Proposal

We start with a conversation to understand your requirements, budget, and timeline. During this step, we’ll clarify the purpose of the piece and any particular details you’re envisioning. Afterward, I’ll provide a proposal outlining the scope, cost estimate, and any options available for the project

Design Approval & Revisions

Once we agree on the proposal, I’ll create an initial design concept for your review. This includes one round of revisions, ensuring the design aligns with your vision. Additional revisions can be discussed if needed, with associated costs detailed upfront.

Formal Agreement & Payment

To proceed, we’ll finalize a contract that includes project details, timelines, and terms. This agreement covers aspects like intellectual property rights, payment terms, and deadlines. A deposit is required to secure the start of the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Creation Process

With the design approved and terms agreed, I’ll begin creating your piece. I manage all technical aspects, so no client input is required during this phase. For significant projects, you may receive milestone updates.

Quality Check, Final Approval & Delivery

Upon completion, you’ll have the opportunity for a final review to ensure satisfaction with the finished work. Any minor adjustments, if agreed upon in the contract, will be addressed. Once approved, your piece will be securely packaged and shipped with tracking information provided.
